Friendly staff, exceptional food, wonderful pool views, baby-friendly. Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and nice shower. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious dinner and breakfast options. Cozy, well-decorated country house with stunning views and fireplace. Tranquil location surrounded by vineyards.

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

Uitstekend wijngoed in de buurt van de Dourorivier/-vallei! Vriendelijk personeel, mooie ligging en prachtige tuin met zwembad! Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader voor koppels die van een romantisch kader houden. Voor 22,5 EUR (eten en drank inbegrepen) kan je uitstekend tafelen in deze quinta. Enig minpunt was dat onze bedden aan de korte kant waren.

The meals were excellent and our host went out of her way to work to make us comfortable. We (myself, girlfriend and two teen daughters) were not there long enough to fully avail ourselves of the amenities but the rooms were comfortable, food solid and wine excellent.

We had a great stay at a lovely guesthouse with a beautiful setting. The staff were very attentive and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was good and we also had the option of dinner. The location was perfect for exploring the Douro region. we highly recommend Quinta Da Timpeira Guest House!

Recently stayed at a cute and quaint guesthouse just outside Lamego for 4 nights. The location was convenient, overlooking vineyards and cherry trees. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with perfectly cooked fish and beef. The dessert, a carrot and orange gluten-free cake, was delicious. The on-site wine and port were tasty. The facilities were lovely, and the proprietor and staff were welcoming and helpful. The fixed price dinner offered was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Telma & João

The site and the view were amazing! The house was lovely, the room was cozy and everyone was very helpful. Besides the breakfast, they also serve delicious meals.

The property was absolutely stunning, with beautiful vineyards and breathtaking views. the elegant and clean rooms added to the overall charm. the staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even arranged a tour of a local winery for us. the breakfast offered was delicious and the evening meals exceeded our expectations. the comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities added to the comfort of our stay.

Nice family feel, but you need a car to access Lamego 3.5km away

Time spent hoping to relax by/in the lovely pool was spoilt by screaming children - which I had not expected at a hotel of this calibre beds (twin not double) were v uncomfortable, room small and without view internet, advertised as being available across whole hotel, was only accessible in downstairs longue near router

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful property located in the heart of a vineyard. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special with a surprise celebration. They were helpful in providing recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. The room was charming and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying at this outstanding property and I hope to return one day!

The reception was warm and friendly. The staff was friendly and always available when needed even though we were the only guests for the 5 room facility. The food was superb as was the service. One of the owners arranged for her son to eat dinner with us the second night. We had so much in common and we could have gone on talking all night.
